A. GENERAL TERMS
1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.
2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this promotion.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app which allow FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across 12 Frasers Property Singapore (FPS) developments.
Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.
2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.
3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.
4. To apply, download the FRx app which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found here.

C. REDEMPTION
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy these instant rewards / additional perks:

A FRx Gift Card will be credited to member's FRx e-wallet at Customer Service when the qualifying spend is met.

The stored value in each gift card expires 1 year from the date of issue.

Promotion is eligible for all Citi Cardmembers, except for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account.
2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, FRx members must scan their FRx QR Code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to instant rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.
4. For supermarket spending from FairPrice / FairPrice Finest, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at FairPrice / FairPrice Finest Customer Service to earn FRx Points.
5. For supermarket spending from Cold Storage, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at Customer Service of the participating Frasers Property Singapore malls to earn FRx Points.
6. All instant rewards are available on a first-come first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
7. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at Customer Service of the participating Frasers Property Singapore malls.
8. The Management of the respective malls reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.
9. Citibank and the Management of the respective malls decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
10. Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with the third party.
11. The Management of the respective malls shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services purchased by the Citi Cardmember from third parties with the vouchers (“Redeemed Products”) and the Management of the respective malls shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Redeemed Products. All disputes about quality or performance of the Redeemed Products shall be resolved directly with the third party.
12. Citibank and the Management of the respective malls reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
13. "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited.
D. GAME
1. "A Dragon's Reunion" ("Game") is organised and promoted by FPS and the Game Period is from 22 January 2024 (08:00am) to 18 February 2024 (23:59pm).
2. Prizes are worth more than $288,000 in total, with instant prizes consisting of FRx Gift Cards, Lucky Draw chances, retailer eVouchers and more.
3. To qualify for the Game: Participants must be a FRx member. Non-members may register for free and accept the full FRx membership terms & conditions. Participants must access the Game via the FRx app with their member account login.
4. The participant can play via any of these 4 methods once each day during the Game Period.
Play In-Mall
Spend a minimum of $50 in a single transaction at any participating stores in-mall to play.
Send a FRx Gift Card
Purchase a minimum $28 FRx Gift Card for yourself or as a gift. Existing
FRx Gift Card T&C applies.
Play on Social
To play, follow our malls’ social media pages to look for daily clues to answer the daily question correctly.
Spot a Dragon
Search for the featured Dragon of the day, spot the QR code at our malls, then scan to win.
5. Upon completion of the “A Dragon’s Reunion” puzzle, FRx members earn 1 electronic lucky draw chance in ”The Reunion” draw within the promotion period. Electronic lucky draw chances are registered in the system when a member completes the “The Reunion” puzzle and is limited to 1 chance per FRx member only.
6. There will be (8) Lucky Draw winners in total. The lucky draw will be conducted at 438 Alexandra Point, Singapore 119958 on 8 March 2024.
8. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or in kind.

9. After awarding of the prize, all matters with regards to the prize shall be directly communicated between Holiday Tours & Travel (Singapore), OSIM, Mayer and the Winner.
10. The Winner shall agree to being photographed, filmed and/or interviewed and to co-operate with and participate in the activities organized by Sponsor or its related corporations for publicity, sales and marketing, and promotional purposes without any compensation.
11. FPS reserves the right to donate unclaimed prizes in “The Reunion” Draw to a charity of its choice or replace the prize with an item of similar value at any time and without notice in its absolute discretion.
12. The "Game Period" runs for twenty-eight (28) days, from 22 January 2024 to 18 February 2024. The official time is Singapore GMT+8.
13. For avoidance of doubt, the eligibility of all entries would be subject to FPS’ decision. All decisions relating to the Game is final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entertained.
14. FPS reserves the right to verify the validity of all registrations and reserves the right to disqualify any winner:

who is found to have tampered with the Game process;

who is found to have participated in the Game under circumstances that are not in accordance with these terms and conditions;
-
who has, in the opinion of FPS, engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct which jeopardises, or may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Game; and/or who has engaged in conduct in participating in the Game which is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Game and/or FPS.
15. FPS’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such disqualified persons are reserved.
16. If any prize is unclaimed or uncollected within the stipulated time frame, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and will be forfeited. FPS will not be responsible should any winner fail to redeem the prize within the specified date.
17. FPS assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which a winner may be required to pay at any time in connection with a Prize or in order to attend a prize collection.
18. FPS reserves the right to provide substitute prize(s) of similar value should the specified prize becomes unavailable. Cash will not be offered and the prizes are not transferable.
19. In the event of actual or suspected fraud or abuse, such as but not limited to plagiarism, and/or errors affecting the proper operation of this Game, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, FPS reserves the right to (a) end or suspend the Game, (b) amend these terms & conditions, (c) declare void the notification of winner(s) and reselection of winner(s), or any combination of these resolution methods.
20. Data of each participant will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing this Game. By participating in this Game, participants consent to and grant FPS. the right to use the Game submission (images/videos) for marketing, promotion and/or advertisement purposes, including print, audio-visual and social media, without restriction or limitation and for unlimited number of times.
21. FPS decision on the Game results is deemed as final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
22. FPS reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. By continuing to take part in the Game subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, each participant shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
E. LUCKY DRAW
1. The Management and employees of FPS are not eligible to participate in all mall-run lucky draws.
2. FRx members earn one electronic lucky draw chance with every $30 spent each day at participating malls within the promotion period. Electronic lucky draw chances are registered in the system when the spending requirement is met and when the member’s FRx QR Code is scanned at participating stores.
3. Lucky draw chances are also tabulated on a transaction basis, e.g. if you spend $40 at a store, you receive one lucky draw chance. If you spend $50 at another store, you receive another lucky draw chance. For the spending of $90 in two transactions, you receive two lucky draw chances. New FRx members earn additional 10 lucky draw chances on their first $30 spent at participating malls within the promotion period. If a new FRx member spends $60 in a single transaction, they will receive 11 lucky draw chances on the first $30 spent and subsequently one lucky draw chance on the next $30.
4. One lucky draw winner will be selected across our 12 participating malls in a random computerised drawing, which will be conducted at 438 Alexandra Point, Singapore 119958 on 8 March 2024.
6. The prize must be accepted as awarded. The prize includes the following:

A holiday package to Vancouver, Canada by WTS Travel & Tours Pte Ltd

Two business class direct air tickets to Vancouver, Canada on Air Canada by Holiday Tours & Travel (Singapore) Pte Ltd.
7. Air tickets are only valid for return flights originating from Singapore to Vancouver, Canada operated by Air Canada. Stopovers or multi-city itineraries are not permitted.
8. Holiday package and air tickets must be redeemed for travel completed by 31 January 2025. There will be no extension of travel validity. Maximum stay of the trip for the air tickets cannot exceed 90 days after commencing travel.
9. Blackout periods may apply, which are subject to change without notice.
10. Holiday package and air tickets are non-transferable, not upgradable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash or in kind.
11. All applicable fees, such as airport/departure taxes, security charges or other third-party fees, taxes or charges, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
12. Air tickets do not qualify for Aeroplan points accumulation or for mileage/points accumulation in any other frequent flyer program. Air tickets are not eligible for lounge access.
14. The Winner shall agree to being photographed, filmed and/or interviewed and to co-operate with and participate in the activities organised by the Prize Sponsor or its related corporations for publicity, sales and marketing, and promotional purposes without any compensation.
15. After awarding of the prize, all matters with regards to the prize shall be directly communicated between WTS, Holiday Tours & Travel (Singapore) and the Winner.
16. FPS reserves the right to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit.
17. FPS holds the right to reschedule, change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdraw or cancel this Lucky Draw and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at its absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.
F. OTHERS

2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of the participating Frasers Property Singapore malls will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
3. Information is correct at the time of publishing. The Management of the participating Frasers Property Singapore malls reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
