At Frasers Property Singapore, we are committed to ensuring that everyone, regardless of their abilities, can enjoy a safe and pleasant shopping experience at our malls. Together with our tenants who have stepped up to be Inclusion Champions at our malls, we are working towards creating more inclusive spaces and experiences for members of the community who have different needs.
Here are some tips and information to help make your visit to our malls as accessible as possible.
Designated accessible parking spaces are available close to mall entrances. These parking spaces are wider and closer to the entrances, making it more convenient for visitors with mobility needs.
Our malls are located near public transportation hubs with accessible features for those using wheelchairs or mobility aids. Our malls can be reached by MRT, bus or cars; many are linked to transportation options via underpasses and sheltered walkways.
Our mall entrances are equipped with automatic doors for ease of access. Clear signages indicate accessible entrances and exits for shoppers.
Ramps and elevators are available for easy access to different levels of our malls.
Elevators and ramps are conveniently located throughout our malls to facilitate ease of access for mobility-impaired visitors, including those who are visiting in wheelchairs.
We offer complimentary loans of wheelchairs at selected malls for visitors who require mobility assistance, on an availability basis.
Our malls welcome guide dogs trained to assist individuals with visual challenges. In line with legislation1, guide dogs are also permitted in all F&B establishments within our malls, including Halal-certified ones.
1 Guide dogs are permitted under the Environmental Public Health Act (Food Hygiene) Regulations (Chapter 95, Section 113), Regulation 29.
