A. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 12 Frasers Property Retail developments:

Causeway Point, Century Square, Changi City Point, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Waterway Point and White Sands.

2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the Frasers Experience (FRx) app or through Customer Service at any of the Malls of Frasers Property. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.

3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Malls of Frasers Property.

4. To apply, download the FRx app which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found at www.FrasersExperence.com.

B. REDEMPTION

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy these instant rewards:

Scan your FRx QR code in the app when paying in-store. The qualifying spending must be scanned to the same FRx account.

Minimum spend of $10 in a single transaction.
Maximum of 3 same-day same-mall transactions.
Limited to 1 redemption per FRx member per day regardless of total amount spent, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
FRx Gift Card will be auto credited to member's FRx e-wallet when the qualifying spend is met.
Last redemption at 9.30pm. Receipts after 9.30pm may qualify for redemption on the following day (10am – 9.30pm).

Spend $30 in a single receipt to receive a sure-win Tikam board game play to win prizes and participate in classic childhood games.

Minimum spend of $30 in a single same-day, same-mall transaction.
Present same-day receipt at the Mama Shop to redeem a single game play and participate in the classic childhood games.
Limited to the first 100 redemptions per day.
Available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
Limited to 1 redemption per shopper per day.
Last redemption at 8pm. Receipts after 8pm may qualify for redemption on the following day (12pm – 8pm).

Scan your FRx QR code in the app when paying in-store. The qualifying spending must be scanned to the same FRx account.

Minimum spend of $10 in a single transaction.
Valid with a maximum of 3 same-day, same-mall transactions.
Present your FRx QR Code in the FRx App to verify transaction details scanned to the same account during the promotion period at Customer Service, Basement 1 to redeem.
Limited to the first 20 redemptions per workshop session.
Limited to 1 participating kid & 1 supervising adult or 1 participating adult per redemption.
Limited to a single redemption per FRx member per day regardless of total amount spent, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
Transactions are not eligible for multiple redemptions.
Last redemption at 9.30pm. Receipts after 9.30pm may qualify for redemption on the following day (10am – 9.30pm).
Personal data including photographs will be collected for marketing purposes.

2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption at Customer Service, FRx members must scan their FRx QR code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption on the day of purchase. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Should the redemption require proof of payment, the actual receipts and/or payment card must be presented for verification.

3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to Instant Rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.

4. All instant rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.

5. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at the respective mall’s Customer Service.

6. The Management of Causeway Point, Century Square, Changi City Point and Tampines 1 reserve the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.

C. OTHERS

1. All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme applies. For more information, please visit here.

2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by The Management of Causeway Point, Century Square, Changi City Point and Tampines 1 will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
